黃志超,男,1941年生於廈門鼓浪嶼,祖籍湖南長沙,卻滿口臺灣國語。身高170公分,不高不矮,是個很傳統的現代人。好吃零食,愛喝可樂,畫不像畫的畫。東西南北兩岸三地亂跑,來去一陣風故別號『風漢』和『可樂居士』。1950年到臺灣。1971年應美國國務院邀請赴美作藝術巡迴交流展。1972年於紐約普拉特藝術學院研究。曾任教臺北美國學校,美國華盛頓蒙哥瑪利-朱莉藝術學院。現居臺北為專職藝術家。

Dennis Hwang, male, was born at GuLangYu, Xiamen in 1941. His ancestors were original from Changsha, Hunan and now he speaks Mandarin with heavily Taiwan-accent. Hwang is 5 feet 6 inches tall, which is in average among Taiwanese males. He regards himself as a person lives in modern society with a very traditional heart. He craves for snakes and coke, and paints something people may not consider as painting. He travels around the Greater China area and is nicknamed as “Windy Fellow” and “Owner of Cola Hub” for the frequent travelling. He settled at Taiwan in 1950 and was invited by United States Department of State in 1971 for travelling and exchanging exhibition. In 1972 he went study at Pratt Institute in New York. He taught at Taipei American School and Art Department of Montgomery College, Washington, U.S.A. Now he lives and works at Taipei as an artist.
