藝術家邱梁城雖然在陶藝創作之路起步比較晚,但對藝術創作的熱情都毫無保留地展現在每一件陶塑中。從2011年《非器系列》之後,邱梁城陸續的發展了《築地》與《他方》系列,除了浪板壓印的印痕依舊明顯外,或許更為值得注目的是,他將作品的「尺度」,特別是「重力」上的尺度視為是作品的審美感性元素,而這也是藝術家在感性探索相較於其他創作者上最為特殊的面向。

Even though it started a bit late that the artist Liang-Cherng Chiow devoted himself to artistic creation of ceramics, his passion for art did not spare in each of his works at all. After 2011’s Beyond the Vessels, Chiow moves on to create two series: Mindscape and In the Other Place. The imprints of corrugated board are still obvious. Apart from that, the “gauge” of his works is more noteworthy, especially the “gravity” in which he regards it as a perceptual element of aesthetics; this is also the most special aspect of the artist’s sense exploration different from other creators.
