On the theme of Beyond Mapping, Po-I Chencarries out an image project to map the landscapes of Beyond Gallery before and after moving into a new space in 2019. Landscape mapping is to record the information distribution of things and phenomena in the space while it is the collection of ever-changing messages. Therefore, the artist uses the exhibition fields of Beyond Gallery from 2007 to 2019 and its new space as the objects of image mapping, and then explores, discovers and reveals both the old and new histories of the gallery. Finally, he structuralizes them into the seemingly abstract images to create a new map for the gallery beyond 12 years.
